Program Overview
The Municipal Court Program, created within the Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 13-10-114.5(3)(b)(I), 21-2-103(5), and 21-2-108, to ensure that indigent clients charged with a municipal ordinance violation carrying any possibility of incarceration are represented by independent and constitutionally adequate counsel.

Evaluation Services Request Form
Municipalities wishing to sign up for evaluation services through the OADC must complete a request for services by September 1st. See the timeline process for new municipalities below.
